Ja’Nay joined TechTown early 2023 as a Facilities Coordinator. She got her start in building management while working as an office manager for a friend’s travel business.  People say she’s a “Jack of all trades”; she’s worked in a lot of different industries Hair, travel, education, law enforcement, gaming just to name a few. Entrepreneurship runs deep in her veins; she comes from a long line of entrepreneurs.  Her great grandmother and grandfather owned a general store in the city of Inkster.  Ja’Nay prides herself on being her grandfather’s wildest dream. She’s one of the first people in her family to graduate college.  Eastern Michigan University is where she received her bachelor’s in criminal justice however, she talks more about the bachelor’s degree she got from Youtube. She prides herself on thinking outside of the box and finding creative solutions to otherwise complicated problems. She loves to laugh and to make others around her laugh as well. Laughter is an instant vacation, and she loves to travel! Her favorite quote is “Veni, Vidi, Vici” (Latin for: I came, I saw, I conquered!) -Julius Caesar
