Vittoria served as the Executive Director of Hatch Detroit from 2012 until 2022, before transitioning the programming to the TechTown team, where she continues to support the program as the Alumni Support Lead. In 2013, she initiated the Neighborhood Initiative, which provided funding and project management for commercial corridor infrastructure improvements in West Village, Corktown, and Grandmont-Rosedale. These efforts resulted in new sidewalks, pedestrian-scale signage, lighting, bike racks, public art installations, and landscape beautification.
