The SHOP is TechTown Detroit’s world-class pop-up that allows entrepreneurs at a variety of business stages to test their ideas in a retail environment while offering in-the-moment coaching from retail experts.
Apply to The SHOP
This free program offers an opportunity to gain access to the TechTown community and its resources, network with fellow Detroit area entrepreneurs, reach a broader customer base, learn about visual merchandising and generate sales.

TechTown’s custom fixture library allows vendors to create 360 degree displays and learn visual merchandising skills while encouraging dynamic interactions with customers. Vendors can choose from a variety of fixture combinations and finishes to create a display that elevates their brand and coordinates with their product offerings.

SHOP vendors are selected based on various criteria, including the types of products or services sold, availability, and business stage. As part of TechTown’s commitment to supporting entrepreneurs working to start or grow a local retail business, we will not select applications from third-party sellers.
