With over 10 years in both public and private sectors, Nicholas has experience in management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Nicholas has managed projects at Southfield Public Schools, Behavioral Health Care Professional Inc., Urban Innovators Detroit, and Detroit Public School Community District.
