Norma Jean Zaleski is the Senior Director of Finance for TechTown Detroit. Norma Jean comes with a diverse background in public accounting, publicly and privately traded large corporations, and non-profit financial leadership. She has assisted organizations in achieving their goals regarding financial transparency with analysis, forecasting, management, and reporting. She values driving operational and process efficiencies to manage costs, human capital and investment with metric-based tools relatable to each organization’s uniqueness and capacity.   

Norma Jean’s passions include developing, implementing, and managing the necessary action items to generate results, resolve issues, and mentoring.  

In addition to her role at TechTown, Norma Jean serves on various nonprofit boards and finance committees. She obtained a B.B.A. in Accounting from Western Connecticut State University. In her free time, Norma Jean enjoys traveling, skiing, and is an avid equestrian.
