Become a member for as little as $170 monthly with shared desk access! Dedicated desks start at $270 per month. All memberships include meeting room space (varies by package). Shared and dedicated desk memberships are available at TechTown only.

You get a permit assigned to you to park in your vehicle at our lot, a block away. No more feeding the meter!

We work with local roasters to bring in great coffee, and we have an assortment of teas available to keep you focused.

Food Pop-Ups

We bring restaurateurs from around Detroit to serve their best in our central kitchen on the first floor.

Front Desk Concierge

Packages, guests, requests, and more are all handled by our incredible Community Ambassadors.

Phone Booths

First-come, first-served spaces are scattered throughout the building for you to take important video and phone calls.

Wellness Room

By (free) reservation, you can relax in our wellness room, designed to keep business at bay.

Shaded Outdoor Workspace

We have a shaded courtyard (with WiFi) in front of our building for a breath of fresh air.
