Caleb Conley is the Growth Capital & Venture 313 Program Manager here at TechTown Detroit. He is a multifaceted professional with experience in consulting, project management, and business development. Caleb was previously a Venture for America Fellow, where he gained valuable experience working with early-stage startups. Through this program, Caleb was able to develop a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape and the unique challenges that these early-stage companies face.

In addition to his work with startups, he has also held strategy and project management roles with previous employers such as Strategic Community Partners, Ross Initiative in Sports for Equality (RISE), and Rock Ventures. Through these positions, Caleb honed his skills in business strategy and operations management.

Caleb is a graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A in Communication. Outside of work, he has a passion for golf, traveling, and DJing private events, parties, and corporate events. Caleb brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to everything he does, making him a valuable asset to his team and founders.
