TechTown is where Detroit’s entrepreneurial community converges. We offer several different spaces at TechTown, and Wayne State Industry Innovation Center, for different types of events and workspaces.
Work Spaces
Our spaces and offerings have been designed to ensure a supportive, safe work environment for all, so you can get back to that Detroit hustle with confidence. All workspace memberships include the following amenities:

Become a member for as little as $99 per month with shared desk access! Dedicated desks start at $270 per month. All memberships include meeting room space (varies by package). Flexible and dedicated desk membership available at TechTown only.

Office & Lab Spaces
Add your business to our community of high-tech enterprises, innovative small businesses, and nonprofit and social impact organizations. Private office suites and lab spaces allow you to personalize the space to fit your team and your work. Private office and lab members have 24/7 access to their suites and community amenities.
Private, unfurnished suites at TechTown start at $650 per month (100 square feet up to nearly 11,000 square feet).
Virtual Mailboxes
Need a Detroit mailing and business address? Virtual mailboxes are available starting at $50 per month (billed quarterly) and include curbside mail pickup, virtual events and networking opportunities, and access to TechTown’s community of resources.
Event & Meeting Spaces
We have spaces for many types of events and will be happy to customize your reservation to suit your group’s needs. Costs depend on the time/day of your event, as well as the amenities and services your event requires. Our reservation guides will help you choose the right amenities. You do not have to be a member of TechTown to book a conference room or event space.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations made up to two weeks before reservation will be fully refunded. Please read our Reservation and Cancellation Policies for more.
How do I enter the building?
A low-touch entry system and no-touch temperature scanner ensure that members and tenants can enter the building safely and easily.
How is the space cleaned?
In addition to performing a daily deep clean, we sanitize common areas throughout the day and stock sanitizing supplies throughout the building.
