TechTown Ops+ offers TechTown Detroit’s tenants and clients human resources and financial services that will help with efficiency, reduce employer risk and increase their bottom line by reducing business costs.

Launching Jan. 1, 2024, TechTown Ops+ features three human resources package options. TechTown Ops+ aims to offer finance and accounting services in Q2 of 2024.


The Human Resources Basic Plan offers full-service payroll processing with all tax filings.

Payroll administration 

  • Payroll processing services that include managing deductions, employee recordkeeping and quarterly tax reporting 
  • Time and attendance management
  • Federal/state returns and unemployment insurance/portal management


The Human Resources Benefits Plan offers all of the payroll administration services, as well as high-quality, cost-effective benefits and other workplace perks.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan health insurance
  • Guardian dental and vision insurance
  • Guardian disability and life insurance
  • COBRA administration
  • Workers’ compensation insurance


The Human Resources Complete Plan serves as an outsourced human resources department. Enrollees will receive all the services listed in the Human Resources Benefits Plan, as well as policies, compliance and talent management. TechTown Detroit’s in-house human resources professionals will provide personalized guidance and tools to help with:
