TechTown Detroit, a 501c3 organization, is Detroit’s entrepreneurship hub. Zoho Assessment and Reimplementation
Budget: $40,000 – $60,000

TechTown Detroit currently utilizes Zoho CRM to track contact activities in multiple programs with unique needs. (Contacts include clients, alumni, donors, prospective donors and general public.) These areas include client-facing programs, fund development, and marketing/public relations. In its current configuration, the Zoho CRM does not meet the needs of the organization.
Goal of the project
The goal for this project is to assess the current iteration of Zoho to:
- Confirm it is the best solution for our needs and implement solutions to improve functionality, or
- Recommend viable alternatives and implement our selection.
The desired result of the project is efficient use of a system for tracking activities/services for users in all programs/departments and for accurate reporting.
