Traction is a highly focused program created to support tech startups that have validated their tech-based business idea with a revenue-generating minimum viable product. Traction allows entrepreneurs to establish their path to recurring, predictable sales. Traction aids founders in optimizing sales processes and identifying customers through biweekly testing, meetings, weekly tracking, and the use of tools like a sales leaderboard. Participants are expected to update this uniquely-designed tool with client information, connections, dollars spent on testing, and weekly metrics.
Applications for Traction are accepted on a rolling basis. Entrepreneurs are free to join as exit the program based on milestones and goals they’ve identified with the Entrepreneurs in Residence.
By the end of the program, each entrepreneur will have identified their optimum path to generating revenue.
