We have several different spaces for different types of events and will be happy to customize your reservation to suit your needs.
We offer meeting space and event space at TechTown and the Wayne State Industry Innovation Center (formerly NextEnergy Center) and can accommodate up to 300 people. Costs depend on on the time/day of your event, as well as the amenities and services your event requires.

Meetings For Small Groups
We have many meeting rooms for small teams. Parking is free and coffee/tea are available on-site. You do not have to be a member of TechTown to book a conference room.

Additional Small Conference Rooms: Toolbox, Work Bench, Dyno Room, Wind Tunnel, and Collision Shop are all available with a Boardroom configuration and have a capacity of 4-8 individuals.
Standard Rental Includes
Tables (6ft.) & chairs, projector and/or monitor. High-top tables and linen are not included in the room setup and may incur additional charges. Additional A/V such as projection, lights, etc. in the Auditorium and Atrium requires an AV technician. Quote will be provided upon request. Additional cleaning, security and staff fees may also apply.
