TechTown Thursday Training Series | Financial Projections + Planning for 2021

The Thursday Training Series helps Detroit-area small business owners sustain, grow, or transition their business.
This session will center on the completion of a Cash Flow Projection for 2021. A template spreadsheet will be shared and is a great tool to illustrate how to think about what expenses will be impacted by growth, the cost of borrowing money, and how to determine a feasible revenue goal.
