The WINTER ART AND RETAIL MARKET is a fun and festive pop-up holiday marketplace featuring 50 vendors, a family-friendly photo op, and free KIND snacks. The 2nd annual WARM is produced by TechTown and Wayne State University as part of NOEL NIGHT.
