Reimagine. Reinvest. Rebuild.

TechTown Detroit is determined to create opportunities for anyone to start and grow a business.

Together, we’ll make sure the next economy includes everyone.

For ALL startup founders with a transformational idea

Justin Turk – Livegisitics

Livegistics is solving logistics problems for heavy civil and demolition construction businesses by providing a digital platform that makes it easier for multiple companies working on the same project to track their progress. With TechTown’s support Justin was able to access the startup funding he needed for their technology compliance and security audit. This Black-owned, Detroit-based company is now able to scale and partner on major contracts with a Fortune 500 company!

For ALL neighborhood business owners serving their communities

Jerome B. Brown and Samuel VanBuren—Detroit Soul

Sibling duo Jerome and Samuel opened their family-owned and operated restaurant in 2015 on 8 Mile to provide customers fresh, from-scratch soul food that “leaves a smile on their face and in their heart.” After their TechTown coach helped them forecast their finances and the concept was embraced by the community, they decided to expand to Jefferson Chalmers!

For ALL people with a question and a dream

Maurizio Rosas Dominguez—Mexicut Films

Maurizio was being paid to makes videos, but didn’t know exactly how to make it a “real” business. So he signed up for a TechTown Open Office Hour to get some advice. Four half-hour meetings later, Mexicut Films is a registered LLC in Michigan, and he’s established accounting practices that have set him up for success.

You have the power to help TechTown connect talented and hardworking entrepreneurs like these to opportunities. By working together, we’re creating an inclusive economy and community. Thank you.
Let’s not just rebuild, let’s reimagine.
