Neighborhood Workshops: Human Resources Edition

Join us for TechTown’s Neighborhood Workshop Series – a monthly workshop series on both sides of town for neighborhood business owners. On Thursday, May 23, TechTown Professional Services Network member Minito Reasor of Minito HR Solutions will facilitate an interactive workshop exploring the following Human Resource topics for existing business owners:

• Building an organizational culture in your small business
• Hiring, training and employee retention
• Employee handbook development
• Employee relations/performance management
• Succession planning

Minito Reasor is the founder of Minito HR Solutions, LLC. She has 12 years of experience in succession planning, recruitment strategies, workforce development, quality improvement and organizational development. She was a former Human Resources Director at Advantage Health Centers (FQHC) in Detroit, MI. She believes in customer growth and satisfaction by leveraging team engagement to produce desired outcomes. She navigates change by analyzing processes to remove waste, reduce cost and improve productivity.

The 2019 Neighborhood Workshop Series is conducted in partnership with members of TechTown’s Professional Services Network and is designed to provide immediately actionable advice from subject matter experts. These trainings are offered on both the Eastside and Westside monthly, in two different time slots (lunch and learns and evenings).
