Our variety of shared workspace options includes many different coworking packages. These vary by access and desk space, and every coworking option has one-of-a-kind amenities!

Flexible coworking memberships
As more people work from home, many occasionally want to escape the isolated at-home office. TechTown’s most popular coworking option is the flex shared desk space membership, which gives you access to the building 10 days a month. This hybrid approach is an excellent option for remote workers looking to increase their productivity.
This membership was created based on coworking trends with the changing work-life balance and flexibility of remote work the coronavirus brought on. Building access is offered at an affordable price of $99 with standard building access to increase productivity.
24/7 building access
A vital part of entrepreneur culture is hustle, which is hard to obtain with limited working hours. Our unlimited membership allows you to choose the best hours for you.
This package is perfect for entrepreneurs who work best in the early mornings or late nights. For $170 a month, you get 24/7 unlimited building access.
Amenities
Every workspace membership includes exclusive amenities and features unique to TechTown’s space. Some of the most valuable perks include:
- Free meeting room spaces: This option is excellent for entrepreneurs working out of their homes for a legitimate collaboration space with hybrid meeting technology. Hours vary based on membership.
- Secure Wi-Fi: Tenants receive a personal password instead of a shared network. This allows for a private connection without Wi-Fi sharing.
- Refrigerator for pumping moms: The front desk staff has a designated refrigerator for pumping mothers to ensure their milk is safely stored.
- Health and wellness room: This room features access to a massage chair, an ambient noise machine and a mirror. The private space can be used for prayer, meditation, breastfeeding or a moment for self-care!
- Free parking: Parking is available for members in a designated parking lot.
- Print, fax and copy machine access: Memberships include unlimited printing and copying.

“If you’re around people that are working and you see them working, it holds you accountable to stay on track… people are getting drawn to that sense of community again,” says Erica Overstreet. “You can’t create those organic connections online.”
Overstreet said TechTown’s coworking community continued to thrive beyond COVID-19 because of loyal building members. TechTown’s close network includes our tenants, making it possible to remain a part of the community despite the pandemic.

Work-life balance
TechTown’s front desk operation hours are longer than other coworking spaces. Our hours extend beyond the typical nine-to-five range. This access to front desk services allows tenants to be flexible with their schedules.
