TechTown Incubator will help founders work through a variety of topics and issues that can make or break a company as it transitions from startup to small business. They include automation, delegation, tech audits, standard operating procedure documentation, growth hacking, investment preparation and pitch preparation.
TechTown’s Incubator program is an intensive 30-week business development experience designed to help Detroit-based tech founders fortify their businesses into sustainable, investment-ready companies.
TechTown Incubator participants who successfully complete the program will have four primary outcomes:
1) Take companies from revenue-ready to recurring revenue
2) Create operational integrity and systems that automate processes efficiently
3) Ability to pass a tech audit
4) Prepare companies for a significant funding event
Ideal businesses should have an existing team, be generating revenue and be interested in preparation for a major funding event.
